Fully remote opportunity with a Southern California-based boutique real estate law firm.

About us

Founded roughly a decade ago and based in Southern California with an additional office in Irvine, we are a boutique real estate law firm representing clients across a wide range of transactional and litigation matters. Our practice covers commercial acquisitions, leasing disputes, boundary conflicts, HOA matters, zoning issues, and promissory notes. We work with a diverse client base and pride ourselves on delivering sharp, practical legal counsel without the bureaucracy of a large firm. Our team is small by design, collaborative by nature, and built around attorneys who take ownership of their work and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Actively develop and grow a personal book of business through client relationships and referral networks
  • Collaborate with managing partner and team attorneys on case strategy and firm goals

  • Strong background in landlord/tenant disputes, title matters, boundary and easement issues, CC&Rs, and HOA litigation
  • Experience handling matters through trial, including motions practice, discovery, and appellate work
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and exercise sound legal judgment with minimal oversight
  • Existing book of business strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, self-directed environment

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses (typically 18% of collections on originated business)
