Job Details

• Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Conduct thorough and effective legal research to support advice and recommendations.
  • Negotiate real estate transactions and agreements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Represent the firm and its clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in real estate law and regulations, and advise clients accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior members of the team on real estate law matters.
• Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the state bar.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, with a focus on commercial real estate.
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate law, with a proven ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
  • Excellent legal research skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
