Responsibilities

• Draft purchase and sale agreements
• Conduct title and survey review
• Draft leases
• Provide legal counsel to clients
• Communicate with sophisticated clients
• Work independently while collaborating with other team members

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in transactional real‑estate law, ideally with a large law firm
• Experience with leasing and purchase‑and‑sale agreements
• Top‑tier credentials and an active license with the State Bar of Texas

Pay

Salary range: $225,000 – $275,000 per year
