Real Estate Attorney

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our esteemed team in Florida. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex commercial real estate transactions and a proven track record of success in providing strategic legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and development agreements
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, and coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on real estate matters and develop innovative solutions to complex legal issues
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
• Meet billable hour requirements and record time efficiently

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
• Strong knowledge of real estate law and transaction procedures
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$200,000 - $250,000 per year
