Real Estate Attorney

About the role

Due to continued growth, Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG Law”) is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of broad real estate transaction experience, including acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing matters. Understanding of joint ventures and experience negotiating joint venture agreements is a plus. Our ideal candidate will be admitted in New York and New Jersey.

Pay

The expected base salary range for this position is $180,000–$225,000. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience and other certifications or professional licenses held.
