Real Estate Attorney
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an attorney with 2+ years of broad real estate transaction experience, including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing matters. Understanding of joint ventures and experience negotiating joint venture agreements is a plus. Our ideal candidate will be admitted in New York and New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Handle real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing matters
- Negotiate joint venture agreements (experience preferred)
Requirements
- 2+ years of real estate transaction experience
- Admission to practice in New York and New Jersey
Pay
The expected base salary range for this position is $180,000–$225,000. The actual base salary offered may depend on factors such as the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience, and professional licenses or certifications held.
