Real Estate Associate (Mid-Level) - Florham Park

About the role

Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an associate to join the transactional Real Estate practice group in our Florham Park, New Jersey office. This attorney will be involved in real estate matters throughout the country.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating contracts of sale, lease agreements and financing documents
• Experience with transactions involving land use approvals and contingencies is a plus

Requirements

• Three to six years of experience in commercial real estate law
• Excellent writing skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong academic credentials

Pay

• The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $225,000 - $280,000.
• Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law.
