Real Estate Associate (Mid-Level)

About the role

A prestigious Am Law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate (3–5 years PQE) to join its growing transactional practice in either Dallas or Houston. This is a hands-on, partner-facing role with exposure to a broad range of sophisticated real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate assets
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and joint venture documents
• Conduct title and survey review, manage closings, and coordinate due diligence
• Support real estate financings and development projects across multiple states

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience, ideally in a large firm environment
• Confident handling transactions independently and managing client expectations
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
• JD from a respected U.S. law school with excellent academic credentials
• Member of the Texas Bar or eligible to waive in

Compensation

Salary Range: $235,000 – $325,000 (DOE)
