Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a full-time Associate in the Real Estate Practice of their Miami office. The position offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, leasing, and development work.
- Draft and negotiate complex contracts.
- Collaborate with local and national clients on a national scale.
- Work directly with the firm's Co-Global Chair of Real Estate and receive mentorship on both legal and business skills.
- Gain significant responsibility and client contact under the guidance of experienced shareholders.
- Develop client relationships and gain exposure to the client development process.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
- Prior experience at a regional or national law firm.
- Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission to the Florida Bar.
