Mid-Level Real Estate Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, real estate development and lending documentation, and hospitality agreements
• Support major commercial and resort real estate transactions across the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate projects from inception through closing
• Engage directly with clients and counterparties, offering tailored legal solutions and clear communication

Ideal Candidate

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
• 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions at a sophisticated firm
• Experience with hospitality or resort real estate a significant plus
• Strong drafting, negotiating, and project management skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative, multi-office team
• Licensed in SC or willing to obtain admission

Compensation & Culture

• Base Salary Range: $225,000 – $280,000
