Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, real estate development and lending documentation, and hospitality agreements
- Support major commercial and resort real estate transactions across the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate projects from inception through closing
- Engage directly with clients and counterparties, offering tailored legal solutions and clear communication
Ideal Candidate
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school
- 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions at a sophisticated firm
- Experience with hospitality or resort real estate a significant plus
- Strong drafting, negotiating, and project management skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative, multi-office team
- Licensed in SC or willing to obtain admission
Compensation & Culture
- Base Salary Range: $225,000 – $280,000
