Real Estate Appraisal and Acquisition Specialist

About the role

This company is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm bringing together civil engineers, municipal engineers, structural engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects, and construction professionals under one roof. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Specialist in Middleton, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Guide and advise clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process for residential and/or commercial properties.
• Oversee the preparation of listing agreements, purchase offers, contracts, and closing documents.
• Ensure all real estate transactions comply with Wisconsin real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, client retention, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Participate in client meetings, property showings, and open houses to discuss needs and address concerns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in public infrastructure, negotiation, commercial real estate, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, lenders, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year
