Responsibilities
- Congduct a thorough assessment of potential opportunities to identify qualified leads.
- Engage in negotiations with potential clients to secure favorable terms and close deals.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure the successful closure of each deal.
- Utilize CRM tools and market resources to track leads and monitor performance.
- Contribute your expertise as a Sales Representative to drive the company’s growth and success.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (experience in Real Estate or Acquisitions is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and organized.
- Must be based in Georgia and available for in-person meetings when needed.
Pay
$70,000 - $88,000/year
