Meet Your Support Team

CEO & Managing Partner | Dawn Daly: Dawn is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, including corporate relocation, mentorship program coordination, agent recruitment, management of staff, marketing efforts, and yearly budgeting of all departments. Dawn began working with Weichert, Realtors - House of Brokers in 1999 and has worked in almost all areas of the company. Outside the office, Dawn loves spending time with her family, traveling, boating, attending Cardinals games, and watching her sons race sprint cars.

Designated Broker & COO | Rob Smith: Rob serves as Designated Broker and Chief Operating Officer, bringing years of leadership, industry expertise, and a commitment to supporting agents and clients. His background in law enforcement has shaped his strong sense of integrity and dedication to helping others. Outside of the office, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, traveling, and golfing.

Operations Manager | Michelle O'Neal: Michelle brings over 15 years of business management experience and ensures transactions are seamless and by-the-book. She enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling with her family.

Sales Manager | Laura Gauldin: With more than 24 years of real estate experience, Laura provides coaching, mentorship, and support to help agents grow their businesses. She enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, and attending rodeos.

Business Development Manager | Tamala Anderson: Tamala focuses on agent growth, relationship building, recruiting, and community engagement. She is faith-driven, family-focused, and passionate about wellness and friendly competition.

Director of Marketing | Alana Nyhart: Alana oversees company branding, marketing strategy, and agent support. She enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and reading.

Processing Coordinator | Natalie Eads: Natalie helps ensure transactions move smoothly from contract to closing. She enjoys softball, traveling, and is a devoted Harry Potter fan.
