Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct market research to identify properties that meet clients’ needs and preferences
- Schedule and host property showings, open houses, and client meetings
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships and track transaction progress efficiently
Requirements

Pay
$75,000 - $95,000 USD yearly (commission-based position)
