• Guide buyers confidently from first call to closing, delivering an experience they'll tell their friends about
• Win listings and market them powerfully with pricing, presentation, and strategy that sets you apart
• Negotiate with confidence knowing you have the training and support to protect your clients every step of the way
• Grow your pipeline through open houses, prospecting, and community connection
• Stay sharp through consistent coaching, training, and skill practice, because the best agents never stop learning

Qualifications

• You're not looking for another average team. You've got the drive, the people skills, and the hunger.
• You're coachable, competitive, and you genuinely love helping people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
• You also hold an active Florida Real Estate License and ideally bring 3+ years of experience ready to be supercharged.
• If you're newly licensed or almost licensed, feel free to apply! A license however is required to join the team.
