About the role
Weichert, Realtors is seeking professional real estate agents, experienced real estate salespersons, and broker-salespersons. Ideal candidates will build a strong, scalable real estate business and be top earners in the industry using Weichert's lead generation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong, scalable real estate business
- Work with Weichert's advanced myWeichert leading-edge technology web platform, marketing expertise, extensive support, and award-winning training
- Diversify sources of new business through Weichert's "best of both worlds" approach
- Take advantage of innovative tools and high-touch coaching
- Use myWeichert CRM, website, and marketing platform
- Learn scripts and presentations and use company marketing materials to build more business
- Make prospecting calls, work open houses, and follow-up with company-generated leads
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Have or be willing to obtain a real estate salesperson license
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to work in a team environment while maintaining self-discipline and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Flexibility in meeting with customers based on their convenience
- Proficient with social media networking tools like LinkedIn and Facebook
- Willingness to learn the latest technology and use myWeichert CRM, website, and marketing platform
- Desire to take advantage of all the free training to earn targeted income via commissions
Qualifications
Experience working in the real estate industry is preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to obtain a real estate salesperson license.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, good oral and written communication, ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, flexibility, proficiency with social media tools, willingness to learn new technologies, and the desire to work in a commission-based environment.
