About the role

Weichert, Realtors is seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales team. This includes professional real estate agents, experienced real estate salespersons, and broker-salespersons.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong, scalable real estate business
  • Be top earners in the industry using Weichert lead generation strategies
  • Co-brand with Weichert, leveraging our advanced technology and marketing expertise
  • Diversify sources of new business through innovative tools and high-touch coaching
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively
  • Communicate with customers efficiently and effectively
  • Use social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Learn and utilize the latest technology through myWeichert CRM, website, and marketing platform
  • Earn targeted income via commissions through training and scripts
  • Make prospecting calls, attend open houses, and follow up with leads

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Have or be willing to obtain a real estate salesperson license
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Desire to work independently and entrepreneurially
  • Flexibility in meeting with customers based on their convenience
  • Proficient with social media networking tools
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to make prospecting calls, work open houses, and follow up with leads
  • Desire to take advantage of all available training and resources

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Real estate salesperson license (or willingness to obtain)
