Real Estate Agent – Social Media Training from a Top 1000 Team

Responsibilities

• Graduate from our Agent Launch
• Teach yourself all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market
• Work with buyers to find them the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Conduct three open houses monthly
• Host 3 open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching, Training and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

• You are a motivated Realtor, hungry for success and willing to learn
• You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
• Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones!
• Overcoming objections comes naturally
• You are a strong communicator
• You have a desire to grow both personally & professionally

• Will show up to the office 3 days or more each week

• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car

• 3+ years of real estate sales experience (must be licensed)
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills

$50,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
