Responsibilities
- Graduate from our Agent Launch, a 86-day program teaching all necessary skills to become a successful Realtor.
- Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write offers, and secure closings.
- Provide detailed, written feedback to clients to refine their search criteria.
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
- Conduct three open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance.
- Participate in team activities according to team standards.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching, Trainings, and Partner Calls.
- Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
Qualifications
- Motivated Realtor with a hunger for success and willingness to learn.
- Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
- Strong in prospecting and lead generation.
- Overcoming objections naturally.
- A strong communicator.
- A desire to grow personally and professionally.
- A desire to give back to the community and make an impact.
- Real Estate License.
- People-oriented, driven, and willing to work hard.
- A positive, happy attitude.
- The ability to spend a large amount of time driving in a car.
- The ability to analyze clients' needs and wants and match them to homes.
- A learning-based and coachable mindset.
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed.
- A high school graduate.
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience (must be licensed).
- Organized.
- A willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
- Excellent time management skills.
