Real Estate Agent - Social Media Training from a Top 1000 Team
Responsibilities
- Graduate from our Agent Launch
- Work with buyers to find them the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Work with sellers to go on listing appointments, convert and market the home
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments & convert
- Conduct three open houses monthly
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching, Training and Partner Call
Qualifications
- You are a motivated Realtor, hungry for success and willing to learn
- You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
- Possess a current REAL ESTATE License
- You are people-oriented, driven, and willing to learn
- You have a positive, happy attitude and are willing to show up to all Team meetings
- You are organized and have excellent time management skills
- You have 2+ years of real estate sales experience (must be licensed)
