Responsibilities
- Graduate from our Agent Launch program (boot camp)
- Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generates, making a minimum of 10 hours a week, making appointments, and converting leads
- Conduct eight open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Attend weekly 1:1 Coaching, Training, and Partner Calls
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License
- People-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willing to commit to the office at least four days a week
- Comfortable spending extended periods driving
- Skilled at analyzing client’s needs and matching them with suitable homes
- Open to learning and coachable
- Ambitious with a track record of success
- High school graduate
- Team player with at least one year of real estate sales experience (must be licensed)
- Organized with strong time management skills
- Willingness to learn and implement scripts and dialogues
Pay
$50,000 - $100,000 USD yearly
Schedule
All of our agents are full-time. We do client events, daily lead generation, and follow-up.
