Responsibilities

  • Graduate from our Agent Launch program (boot camp)
  • Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generates, making a minimum of 10 hours a week, making appointments, and converting leads
  • Conduct eight open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Attend weekly 1:1 Coaching, Training, and Partner Calls
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License
  • People-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Willing to commit to the office at least four days a week
  • Comfortable spending extended periods driving
  • Skilled at analyzing client’s needs and matching them with suitable homes
  • Open to learning and coachable
  • Ambitious with a track record of success
  • High school graduate
  • Team player with at least one year of real estate sales experience (must be licensed)
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and implement scripts and dialogues

Pay

$50,000 - $100,000 USD yearly

Schedule

All of our agents are full-time. We do client events, daily lead generation, and follow-up.
