Join Apple Corial Real Estate Group at KW Venture and learn alongside agents serving Central Valley buyers and sellers through weekly one-on-one coaching, training, script practice and the day-to-day work of building a real estate business.

Pay

Commission-based.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with potential clients and following up consistently
• Helping buyers explore homes and communicate their needs
• Hosting three open houses per month and turning conversations into appointments
• Keeping contacts, follow-ups and activities organized in Brivity
• Taking part in team coaching, training and practice

Requirements

• Active California real estate license
• Strong communication, dependable follow-through and a willingness to learn
• Comfort talking with new people, using technology and working with a team
• Readiness to prospect and build a business
• Newly licensed agents are welcome
