- Monitor evolving market trends, inventory shifts, and investment patterns to advise clients with confidence and foresight.
- Establish a presence at exclusive events, private showings, and luxury gatherings to increase visibility and influence within the high-end market.
- Negotiate with clarity and confidence—structuring complex deals and securing ideal terms for high-net-worth clientele.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion—upholding the standards expected in luxury real estate.
Qualifications
- Holds an active real estate license in Oregon and/or Washington, with full-time experience in residential sales.
- Demonstrates a proven history of performance, with a minimum of $7M+ in annual sales volume.
- Skilled negotiator with the confidence and nuance to manage complex, high-stakes transactions.
- Well-connected within high-net-worth circles, with a cultivated network of referral partners and industry professionals.
- Possesses expert-level knowledge of the luxury market—pricing strategies, buyer behavior, and emerging trends.
- Highly proficient with technology, including CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and real estate software.
- Polished communicator with the presence and professionalism to serve affluent clientele with ease and impact.
- Invested in ongoing personal and professional development to stay ahead of the market.
