Responsibilities
- Follow up quickly and professionally with new buyer and seller leads
- Build relationships through phone, text, email, and in-person conversations
- Convert leads into appointments, signed clients, and closed transactions
- Show homes, write offers, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through the transaction process
- Track pipeline, follow-up, and client activity in the CRM
- Deliver excellent communication and client service throughout the sales process
- Attend team training, coaching, and accountability meetings
Qualifications
- Active real estate license required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales, negotiation, or client service experience preferred
- Able to manage follow-up, appointments, and pipeline activity consistently
- Comfortable using a CRM and following proven systems
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for client appointments and showings
- Team-oriented, coachable, and motivated by performance-based income
