Real Estate Agent - Full Benefits PLUS Social Media Training

Responsibilities

• Graduate from our Agent Launch, a 86-day program teaching all necessary skills to become a successful Realtor.
• Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write offers, and ensure they are accepted.
• Be a student of the game while mastering our proven buyer's presentation & offer system.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Conduct in-person training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, making appointments, and converting leads.
• Host 3 open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance.
• Participate in team activities according to team standards.
• Show up to the office 3 days a week or more, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
• Engage in daily scripts and training to ensure consistent performance.
• Attend weekly 1:1 Coaching, Trainings, and Partner Calls to track tasks and activities.
• Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology, an amazing data entry system.

Qualifications

• Motivated Realtor, hungry for success and willing to learn.
• Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
• Strong in prospecting and lead generation, with a desire to overcome objections.
• A strong communicator with a desire to grow personally and professionally.
• Able to spend a large amount of time driving in their car and analyzing clients' needs and wants.
• Learning-based and coachable, with a proven ability to succeed.
• A high school graduate with 3+ years of real estate sales experience (must be licensed).
• Organized with excellent time management skills.

Compensation

$50,000 - $125,000 USD yearly. This is a commission-based position.
