Responsibilities

• Create video and social content (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to generate leads, with training and support from the team
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Cape Coral area
• Shadow and support experienced agents during showings, open houses, and negotiations as you build your skills
• Learn to advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and financing options
• Help prepare real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements
• Build your own network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts from day one
• Study local market trends, zoning, and property values in Cape Coral
• Quickly learn and adopt the multiple systems and platforms our team uses
• Bring energy and fresh ideas — we want new agents who ask "why not," not just "how"

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Real Estate License (or actively in progress)
• No prior sales experience required — we'll train you
• Genuine excitement about content creation and being on camera for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn multiple new systems at once
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a growth mindset
• Coachable, but also willing to take initiative without being told every step
• Strong communication skills and a desire to build lasting client relationships
• Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ready to commit fully and move at the pace of a fast-growing team
• Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
• Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions
• Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
• Overcoming objections comes naturally

Pay

This is a commission-based position — earnings are entirely dependent on individual effort and results, and are not guaranteed. Our high-producing agents earn over $200,000 annually, with our top agent's commission exceeding $400,000.
