Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch training program
• C onsistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
• Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
• M aintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
• T urn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions following team guidelines
• A cti vely participate in team meetings and events as required
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Work closely with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their homes
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, staging, and other services related to listing properties

Qualifications

• S elf-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
• S killed at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
• P roficient in prospecting and generating leads
• N aturally adept at handling objections
• E ffective communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service
• C ommunitative team member
• L iicensed real estate agent
• M inimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales
• E xceptional written and oral communication abilities
• C ommitted to continuous learning and personal growth
• H eavily organized
• O pen to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques
• S trong time management capabilities
