Requirements
- Active Illinois Real Estate Broker license (or in final steps to activate).
- Strong communication + follow-through.
- Coachable, ethical, community-minded.
- Comfortable using CRM / digital tools (or willing to learn fast).
- Reliable transportation + availability for showings.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate preferred.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
