Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
