Real Estate Advisor/Agent
Responsibilities
- Aid clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages to help clients make informed decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals to foster repeat and referral business.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Texas or ability to obtain one.
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools including Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive.
- Comfortable using AI tools and technology to enhance client service and streamline workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events, appointments, and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in real estate or related customer service roles is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and local Southlake/Argyle area knowledge preferred.

Compensation
$125,000 - $175,000 USD yearly. This is a commission-based position.
