About the role

Weichert, Realtors is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as professional real estate agents, salespersons, and broker-salespersons. Responsibilities

  • Obtain or maintain a real estate salesperson license.

  • Participate in free training to enhance earning potential through commissions.
  • Make prospecting calls, attend open houses, and follow up with company-generated leads.
  • Develop and deliver scripts and presentations using provided company materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to obtain a real estate salesperson license.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good oral and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Desire to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in meeting with customers.
  • Proficiency with social media tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to generate business through prospecting calls, open houses, and follow-up with leads.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be willing to obtain a real estate salesperson license, and possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills. They should also be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, manage multiple tasks efficiently, pay close attention to detail, and work independently while collaborating with a team. Additionally, they should be proficient with social media tools and willing to learn and utilize the latest technology provided by Weichert.
