Responsibilities
- Aid clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, from buying to selling and renting.
- Conduct thorough market research to inform clients about property values, trends, and competitive listings.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals in the field.
- Organize and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings to effectively showcase available listings.
- Create and execute offers, counteroffers, and contracts, ensuring adherence to legal and company standards.
- Negotiate sales or lease terms to maximize benefits for clients.
- Stay informed about local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate and professional advice.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri.
- At least 2 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.
- Strong understanding of local real estate market trends in St. Louis and surrounding areas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in real estate CRM software and MLS systems.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
