About the role
The Real Estate Administrator will support a fast-paced real estate brokerage, ensuring transaction compliance, maintaining accurate pipeline reporting, and supporting brokers with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all transactions meet NC Real Estate Commission requirements
- Prepare and review contracts and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Track key dates, deadlines, and required disclosures
- Liaise with attorneys and brokers on contract language and documentation
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in RealCore, ensuring all deals are captured
- Monitor listings, expirations, renewals, and commission requests
- Provide reporting on pipeline activity, agent production, and commission payouts
- Track agent performance against individual and company goals
- Serve as a primary point of contact for brokers and support day-to-day needs
- Train and onboard new agents on systems, forms, and processes
- Provide ongoing guidance to ensure adoption of tools and compliance standards
- Cook up weekly broker meetings, including training topics and speakers
- Support one-on-one meetings by preparing pipeline updates and identifying gaps
- Maintain CRM and ensure data integrity across systems
- Aid with additional administrative and operational needs as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Commercial real estate license is required
- Leadership experience is required
- Brokerage operations experience preferred
- NC Broker’s License a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (RealCore experience a plus)
