Real Estate Acquisitions Manager – Outside Sales

About the Role

Beachworks LLC is hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to drive off-market deal flow across the Puget Sound. This is a high-ticket, outside sales role focused on sourcing, negotiating, and closing residential real estate opportunities directly with homeowners. You’ll be in the field, sitting at kitchen tables, walking properties, knocking on doors, and structuring deals. The role is built for someone who creates opportunity, manages their own pipeline, and wants to be paid based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with homeowners, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to structure off-market deals
• Generate and manage both inbound and outbound leads
• Run in-person and phone appointments across the Puget Sound
• Own your pipeline from first conversation to signed contract
• Focus on negotiation and closing, while internal teams support execution

Compensation

$80,000–$170,000+ yearly (Monthly Training Pay + Upside Commission). During your onboarding and ramp-up period, you'll receive $6,000 per month for at least the first six months, plus upside commission on every deal you generate. As you build your pipeline and hit key performance milestones, you may transition into a full-time W-2 employee with a long-term compensation package. There is no ceiling on earnings—your income is driven by your results.
