Pay
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 + discretionary bonus
Responsibilities
- Manage tenant billing, billbacks, construction-related charges, and one-time billing items
- Maintain tenant ledgers and ensure accurate and timely billing
- Review lease abstracts and support new lease setup and activation
- Assist with CAM reconciliations and annual tenant billing adjustments
- Support tenant move-in and move-out accounting and documentation
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end accounting activities
- Partner with property management and leasing teams to resolve accounting and tenant-related items
- Provide additional support across property accounting functions as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate accounting, property accounting, or a related accounting role
- Yardi experience required; QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Understanding of tenant billing, lease terms, CAM reconciliations, and billbacks preferred
- Strong accounting fundamentals with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple properties, deadlines, and competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a fully in-office, team-oriented environment
