Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Hold a valid Florida teaching certificate Reading Certification or Endorsement (Desired)
• Minimum of three (3) years of successful teaching experience
• Master's Degree

Requirements

• Performance Responsibilities:
• Provide professional development for teachers
• Model lessons
• Lead Study Groups
• Facilitate Reading Leadership Team meetings
• Develop curriculum with colleagues
• Co-plan lessons
• Co-teach lessons
• Visit classrooms and provide feedback to teachers
• Analyze student work
• Absorb assessment data to help teachers use results to drive instruction
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal and/or designee
