Readiness and Training Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist on matters in line with the Commander’s Guidance and Intent
• Affirm DRRS responsibilities in accordance with Department of the Navy and Department of Defense guidance and the development/maintenance of readiness dashboards
• Support the development/maintenance of Reserve Training Curriculum and Training Scopes
• Collaborate with the Plans Officer
• Collate actions
• Validate operational training and equipment requirements
• Develop and execute long and short term training plans

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing
• Able to operate a Personal Computer (PC)
• Possess a SECRET Security Clearance

Qualifications

• Level II Intermediate - A Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree is preferred) in a related discipline and 10-years of experience in the field of work.
