Responsibilities
- Provide assistance on monthly in-depth analysis and staff coordination to validate and review CUSRs within NETUSR.
- Daily assistance in preparing General Officer-level CRBs.
- Distribute readiness requirements and updates as directed.
- Collect and compile readiness data from 101st Airborne Division and tenant units.
- Facilitate required training on unit readiness reporting processes, policies, and procedures with 101st Airborne Division and Fort Campbell Installation Readiness teams.
- Abide by security protocols for secure and non-secure communications networks and official internet accounts.
- Manage UIC and DUIC for all 101st Airborne Division and tenant units.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in HR on matters related to personnel policy and readiness
- Possess an active Secret Security Clearance
- Experience with NETUSR and Force Registration software
- Knowledge in personnel accounting and strength accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to read and interpret documents and comprehend instructions
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving and fact-based decision-making ability
- Experience in developing and tracking personnel plans and programs; HR policies; and maintaining and providing suggested changes to HR regulations, policies and messages from DA, HRC, and FORSCOM
- Physical Demands: Regularly sit and talk or hear, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, use repeated motions including arms, wrists, hands, and fingers, and have close vision.
