Equipment Readiness Analyst

About the role

The Equipment Readiness Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all equipment is in optimal condition for use. This includes conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily inspections of company equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
• Identifies potential equipment failures and recommends corrective actions.
• Collaborates with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Tracks equipment performance metrics and reports findings to management.
• Develops and maintains documentation related to equipment maintenance procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or similar role.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry-standard equipment maintenance protocols.
• Experience with predictive maintenance techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
