Reach Behavorial Technician I
At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a Behavior Technician II to work with guests living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) located in Woodbridge, VA.
About the role
As a Behavior Technician I (BT I), you will make a huge impact by supporting individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants’ primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

Schedule
- Part-Time: Saturday, Sunday 3pm-11pm
- Full-Time: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7am-3pm
Pay
Competitive Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Receive a $2,000 sign-on and retention bonus paid out at successful completion of 3, 6, and 12 months (full-time new hires only). Additional yearly stipends provided as grant funding permits.

Requirements
- High School diploma
- Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders required
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
