We are seeking a Behavior Technician II to work with our guests living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) located in Woodbridge, VA.

Schedule

• Saturday, Sunday 3pm-11pm (Part-Time)
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7am-3pm (Full-Time)

About the role

As a Behavior Technician I (BT I), you will make a huge impact by supporting individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants' primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders
• Maintain valid state-appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work

• Competitive pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
• $2,000 sign-on and retention bonus for full-time hires, paid out at successful completion of 3, 6, and 12 months
