Job Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing documentation.
- Inspect products for damage, lot numbers, and expiration dates, escalating any issues to the Receiving Technician II.
- Absorb and assist with intake procedures for prescription medications and regulated products.
- Accurately enter and update inventory in warehouse or pharmacy management systems.
- Label, sort, and stock inventory in appropriate storage areas, including refrigerated and controlled environments.
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant receiving and storage areas.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of receiving, warehouse, or distribution experience
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and comply with regulated processes
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Receiving experience required (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, employment policies, operating instructions, and procedural manuals
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong project management and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills

- Bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching
- Frequent use of a telephone – listening and speaking
