Reach Behavorial Technician I (ATH)

We are seeking a passionate Behavior Technician I to work with individuals living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Adult Therapeutic Home (ATH) located in Culpeper, VA. Schedule
Full-Time: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday (3pm-11pm)
About the role
As a Behavior Technician I (BT), your days will be spent equipping individuals with the tools, coping skills and support to prevent hospitalization and crisis. Responsibilities include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants’ primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

Requirements
- Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field of study, or High School Diploma
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
