About the role
Provide academic advising and support services to students returning to higher education after an absence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic and personal challenges.
- Develop and implement academic plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure seamless integration into the academic community.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., education, psychology).
- Experience working with adult learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
