About the role
At Accenture, we are looking for a Private Equity Account Leader to join our team. This role involves working with Private Equity firms to meet their financial plans, build strong relationships, and shape Accenture’s proposition in the PE industry.
Responsibilities
- Represent Accenture as a single point of contact for sales and delivery across the portfolio of Private Equity firms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of sell-to and sell-with opportunities for both the parent PE firm and the Portco C-suite.
- Develop and execute strategies to shape Accenture’s GTM motions in key areas like AI, carve-outs, and tech due diligence.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to develop and implement GTM approaches.
- Engage in and contribute to industry events and publications to enhance Accenture’s reputation in the PE industry.
- Drive the delivery of high-quality solutions for PE clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
- Manage and optimize the financial performance of the assigned portfolio.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful sales growth from business development, RFPs, and presentations through delivery.
- Experience in an influential technical advisory and/or consulting role, with a focus on deep industry insights and trends.
- Strong understanding of Private Equity value creation levers and the ability to translate client needs into tailored Accenture solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives, including C-suite leaders.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Experience in managing and optimizing financial performance of client engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of consulting experience.
- Experience in Private Equity or related industries is a plus.

Pay
Annual salary range: $122,700 to $338,300 based on location.
Schedule
Travel may be required, ranging from 25% to 80% depending on business need and client requirements.
