About the role
At Accenture, we are seeking a Private Equity Account Leader to join our team. This role involves working with Private Equity firms to meet their financial plans, build brand recognition, and establish Accenture as a key partner in specific areas such as AI, carve-outs, and bolt-ons. The role also includes shaping propositions and commercial constructs, fostering strategic relationships, and contributing to the reputation of Accenture in the Private Equity industry.
Responsibilities
- Meet the Private Equity FY Financial plan and demonstrate proven examples of origination via the PERepresent Americas services/work.
- Represent Accenture as the primary point of contact for sales and delivery across the portfolio, establishing Accenture as a preferred partner for Private Equity calls on topics such as AI, carve-outs, and tech due diligence.
- Build and manage sell-to and sell-with pipelines for both parent PE firms and Portco C-suites.
- Develop repeatable regional plays (e.g., AI, carve-outs, ERP modernization, cyber, shared services) and adapt global offerings to regional client realities.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AWS, smaller/niche solution providers) to shape GTM approaches and contribute to Accenture’s influence and reputation in the Private Equity industry.
- Foster a diverse, innovative, and collaborative environment within Accenture teams and across PE and Portco C-suites.
- Strengthen PE knowledge and culture within Accenture to enhance the quality of delivery and interactions with PE firms.
Requirements
- 8 years of consulting experience, including experience in an influential technical advisory and/or consulting role.
- Proven ability to advise senior executives, including C-suite leaders, on strategic and operational challenges.
- Experience in sales account leadership and/or relevant industries such as B&CM, CGRT, Health, LS, CMT/S&P/HT (Tech), Industrials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.

Skills
- Private Equity Commercial Acumen: Understanding of PE value creation levers and translating PE and portco needs into right-sized Accenture solutions.
- Executive Presence and Comfort Engaging Investment and Operating Partners: Ability to engage with PE firms and leaders in the portfolio companies.
- Origination & Pipeline: Ability to collaborate across Accenture teams to build sell-to and sell-with pipeline across multiple portfolio companies.
- Influence Without Direct Authority: Leading through credibility, clarity, and conviction, not hierarchy.
- Financial & Performance Discipline: Runs the portfolio like a P&L owner, tracking sales, revenue, margin, and pipeline health rigorously.
