About the role
Camen Behavioral Services is offering an RBT Internship Program designed to support individuals pursuing their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and possible future employment as an RBT with our team. This internship provides structured training, mentorship, and guidance to help you prepare for the RBT role and certification process.
Responsibilities
- Attend an information session
- Sign up for the internship program
- Pay the $250 program fee
- Complete the 40-hour training course within 180 days
- Submit an FDLE Level 2 Background Screening within 10 business days
- Complete the Competency Assessment Interview with Camen Behavioral Services and register for the RBT exam through the BACB
- Complete onboarding and begin employment (not guaranteed)

- Working toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Motivated, coachable, and ready to follow a structured timeline
- Comfortable learning virtually and meeting deadlines
Qualifications
This program does not guarantee employment. You must complete the 40-hour course within 180 days, or the program must be repurchased. Progression depends on passing the FDLE Level 2 background screening. Reimbursement Opportunity: If you are hired and remain employed with Camen Behavioral Services for 90 days, you may qualify for a 50% reimbursement of the program fee ($125).
