About the role
Average work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The RBT will provide behavioral support services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and record behavior data to evaluate progress towards goals
- Provide positive reinforcement and other interventions to promote desired behaviors
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement behavior support plans
- Assist in training and supervision of other staff members providing behavioral support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities

Pay
Salary range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
