About the role
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide behavioral support services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT will work directly with clients to implement behavior plans designed to improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior plans as outlined by the BCBA
- Monitor client progress and report to the BCBA
- Document all interactions and observations in the client’s record
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and plan next steps
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 12 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Experience with data collection and analysis
