RBT - Registered Behavior Technician

About the role

Average work schedule is 40 hours per week. The RBT will provide direct support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through behavior intervention techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based interventions as outlined in the treatment plan
• Monitor and document client progress
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
• Assist in training and supervision of other staff members
• Conduct assessments and gather data to inform treatment planning
• Participate in team meetings and trainings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Current certification as an RBT from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to adapt to various settings and populations
• Passion for supporting individuals with autism

Pay

Salary range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule

Shifts available: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
