About the role
Average work schedule is 40 hours per week. The RBT will provide direct support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through behavior intervention techniques.
Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based interventions as outlined in the treatment plan
- Monitor and document client progress
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Assist in training and supervision of other staff members
- Conduct assessments and gather data to inform treatment planning
- Participate in team meetings and trainings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current certification as an RBT from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Salary range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule
Shifts available: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
